The industrial strength pump circulates and filters anywhere from 4,000 up to 10,000 gallons of water per hour. The result of this action is that the warmer top layer mixes with the cooler lower layer, which translates into lesser evaporation, saving customers money in water bills and allowing for, on the whole, millions of gallons of water conservation each year. This powerful circulation also enables the chemicals in the pool to be mixed more effectively instead of allowing the sun to deplete the warmer top level. This in turn produces a more accurate chemical reading for the pool owner and therefore a smaller consumption of pool chemicals (up to 30% reduction). So the new EcoJet Plus significantly cuts energy consumption and costs of the pool owner as well as conserving water, and providing the ability to cut down on the use of chemicals which is great for the pocketbook and the environment.

Of course we love this concept, but does the new model match the cleaning power and the price tag of the proven Aquabot Turbo line from Aqua Products? In cleaning performance, the EcoJet Plus matches or exceeds the quality and performance of the Aquabot Turbo T-Series models. The engineering is sound with a few differences worth mentioning. Besides the new eco-friendly color scheme, the drive belt system has been replaced by wheels. This difference makes EcoJet models more effective in cleaning any shape of pool that has a bowl-like structure. The EcoJet Plus is "60° Certified", which means it can climb walls with a gradual sloping transition from floor to wall of up to 60°, while Turbo T Models are effective in pools with steeper walls and a sharper transition from floor to wall. They call it "90° Certified". (Aquabot wall climbing specs). This cleaner also offers the state of the art power-washing jets which are little spouts positioned on the bottom of the cleaner which spray high-pressured water at the surface causing the debris to lift much easier while the vacuum ports finish it off. The power-washing jets you will also find on the Turbo T-Series cleaners and are only manufactured by AquaProduct cleaners. This technology has been proven to increase the longevity of the cleaner and it’s components due to less stress on moving parts, more focus on zero resistance cleaning. Along with the power-washing jets, the Ecojet Plus sports a guide brush on the front of the cleaner which helps move larger debris towards the jets and vacuum. The brush uniquely resembles a mustache when you look at it.

The speed and power of the EcoJet rivals a small commercial cleaner with a 5600 gallons per hour circulation/filtration rate, slightly higher than the 5000 GPH of the Aquabot Turbo T. The other notable difference is a larger capacity 29 quart internal cartridge filter which is larger than almost every other robotic cleaner on the market, cutting down on the amount of filter cleanings necessary.
